Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, such as sandwiches, salads, and hot food items - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and utensils - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination - Promote sales by suggesting additional items or offering specials
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area - Ability to manage others and delegate tasks Note:
