- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization and its services - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Sort and distribute mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide exceptional customer service.
