Lead Art Instructor

Quick Apply Full-time Part-time Contract 1 hour ago Full Job Description Our space is designed with art and sensory experiences for infants and toddlers to explore independently.
We have classes and open play (ball pits, mats etc.
) Adult participation is required for all classes.
Your role would be to report to the director, greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, engage with the children as needed, provide instruction for classes, create art and sensory activities, supervise open play activities and answer any questions.
After each class, you're expected to tidy up and prepare for the next class.
Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Prior Early childhood education experience a plus.
Must enjoy working with little kids and interacting with parents/caretakers.
Be punctual - classes are on a schedule.
Be available at least every other Saturday for party hosting.
(2-3 hours) Strong communicator, proactive, and creative- contribute to activity ideas Be aware of policies, classes and offerings Maintain art/crafts supplies and keep them organized.
Track supplies and assist director with re-stocking, and other administrative tasks.
Keep the play space and rooms clean, and tidy up after activities.
